Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sentinel Identity ('Service'), provided by Sm4rt Solutions ('Company', 'we'), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Sentinel Identity is an Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform providing authentication, authorization, and identity management for organizations (tenants). The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis according to the contracted plan.
3. Registration and Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. By creating an organization, you declare you have authority to bind the company to these Terms. Sharing administrative credentials is prohibited.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Expressly prohibited: (a) using the Service for illegal activities; (b) attempting unauthorized system access; (c) reverse engineering the platform; (d) reselling the Service without a reseller agreement.
5. Payment and Billing
Billing is monthly via credit card through the Stripe platform. Non-payment for 15 consecutive days will result in service suspension. After 30 days of non-payment, the account may be terminated. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellation.
6. Availability and SLA
We are committed to maximum Service availability. For Enterprise plans, individually contracted SLAs apply. For other plans, there is no formal SLA guarantee, though we strive to maintain availability above 99.5% monthly.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Sentinel Identity, including source code, brand, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Sm4rt Solutions. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days' notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, customer data is available for export for 30 days.
